The Reputation Lab is a Washington DC based consulting agency that helps hotels and restaurants to respond to guest reviews on platforms like Tripadvisor. The company needed to streamline their content  and redesign their website to develop an identity. I conducted user testing and competitor analysis to define user needs and to research the guest review market. The new responsive website focuses on the companies service and features case studies and samples of guest review responses. Marketing material was created featuring a newly designed  logo which was designed inspired by the periodic table and the classic 5 stars which both customers and clients strive for within the hospitality.
